1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by R3UP Nation LLC(“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our buyback services. By submitting a quote request, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Seller Compliance

By submitting items for sale, you certify that:

  • The items were not purchased or paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, or any government-funded program.
  • You are the legal owner of the items and they are not stolen.
  • All items are factory-sealed and meet the condition requirements stated at time of quote.
  • You will not submit items that are expired, tampered with, or have pharmacy labels with PHI.

⚠️ Fraudulent submissions may be reported to law enforcement. We cooperate fully with investigations involving suspected Medicare/Medicaid fraud.

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes generated on this platform are estimates based on current market data and are subject to physical inspection. Final offer amounts are confirmed at the time of meetup or upon receipt of shipped items. We reserve the right to adjust or decline an offer if items do not match the stated condition.

5. Payment

Payment is issued via Zelle, CashApp, or check, as selected by the seller. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Payments are processed within 24 hours of a completed transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R3UP Nation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the offer amount for that transaction.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
